1. Who we are
store.nhannht.me is operated by Nguyen Huu Thien Nhan, trading as nhannht, an independent software developer based in Vietnam ("I", "we"). You can reach me at nhannht.official@icloud.com.
2. What we sell
This store sells one thing: one-time licenses for the macOS apps listed on this site. Each license is delivered as a download and a license key. We do not sell services, subscriptions, or physical goods.
3. Orders and payment
An app can be bought through either of two channels.
- Mac App Store. Apple is the seller. Your purchase is a transaction with Apple, and Apple's terms apply to the payment itself. Apple issues the receipt and handles any VAT or sales tax.
- Direct license from this store. The sale goes through a merchant of record. You enter a transaction with that merchant of record, and its checkout terms apply to the payment itself. The merchant of record handles the invoice and any VAT or sales tax, and is named at checkout.
In both cases we deliver the product and provide support.
All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
4. App licenses
Unless a product page says otherwise, an app purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one person, usable on the devices you own. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app. You may not reverse engineer it except where the law allows it regardless of this term.
A license includes free updates within the purchased major version, unless the product page states a different policy.
For a purchase made on the Mac App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your use of the app, and this section applies only where it does not conflict with Apple's terms.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled as described in the refund policy.
6. Warranty disclaimer
Apps are provided "as is". I work hard to keep them reliable, but I do not promise they are free of defects or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.
8. Changes
These terms may change as the store grows. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Changes apply to purchases made after the change.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably go to the competent courts of Vietnam.
