1. The short version
This is a static website. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics scripts, and no tracking cookies. We collect as little as possible.
2. What this site stores in your browser
One value: your theme choice (dark or light), kept in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
3. Server logs
Like almost every website, our web server and Cloudflare (our CDN and proxy) keep standard access logs: IP address, requested page, browser user agent, and time. We use them only to keep the site secure and running, and they are deleted on a short rotation.
4. Payments
An app bought on the Mac App Store is sold by Apple. Apple runs that checkout and processes your payment data, and we never see your card number or your Apple Account details. Apple gives us only anonymous sales reports, so an App Store purchase tells us nothing that identifies you. See Apple's privacy policy.
A direct purchase from this store goes through a merchant of record. The merchant of record runs the checkout and processes your payment data; we never see your card number. After a direct purchase, we receive your name, email address, and order details so we can deliver the license and provide support. The merchant of record is named at checkout, and its own privacy policy covers how it handles your data.
5. Email
If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you and keep a record of support and refund requests. We do not add you to any mailing list.
6. What we never do
- Sell or rent your data.
- Run third-party advertising.
- Track you across other sites.
7. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to nhannht.official@icloud.com and we will answer within 2 business days.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. The current version always lives at this address.
